Gao Yang was a post-graduate student at TCTS Lab from 1989 to 1993, with a research grant from Lernout and Hauspie. He mostly worked on CELP-based speech coding. After his PhD graduation, we went to Canada to continue his research under the leading of Prof. Cupperman.
He is now in California, working for an American speech company.
